Our standard flat rate shipping rate for the domestic lower 48 states of the US is $6.95 for all orders with free shipping over $100.00.
Orders are eligible for a store credit or exchange if returned within 7 days of order receipt to our online returns department.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Sale , discounted items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
Shipping and handling charges and return shipping costs are not refundable for store credit or exchanges.
If your item was a gift, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the item.
We reserve the right to refuse a store credit or exchange an item. If we deem that the return or exchange does not meet the requirements above, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.

How to return or exchange an item?
Please email us at email@example.com with your order details, invoice number, item number and reason for return. We will email you a return authorization number and our shipping address.
Please securely package your item in the same or comparable packaging and enclose a copy of your receipt and your return authorization number. Mail your package and please provide us with the package tracking number.
Once your return is received we will email you with any information about your exchange or store credit. Store credits and returns are processed within three business days.
